I founded Irene Wilkoff Travel after realizing that the trips I treasured most were not rushed or overplanned. They were intentional. They left space for discovery, rest, and connection.
After years of traveling solo, with young children, and across the world to see the people I love, I found myself quietly building the expertise I once wished someone else had. In 2020, I turned that knowledge into a boutique travel practice rooted in care, curiosity, and attention to detail.
I understand the desire to balance adventure with ease. To experience a destination deeply while still feeling supported every step of the way. My goal is simple: you should never feel like you're managing your trip. Only enjoying it.
Irene Wilkoff Travel designs journeys for clients who have learned that the best trips aren't about doing more—they are about choosing better. The right hotel, not just a nice one. The guide who changes how you see a place. The morning that unfolds exactly as it should.
This is travel designed to restore you, not rush you.
The best trips feel natural. That only happens when the planning is anything but.
I spend significant time traveling myself, scouting properties, meeting the people behind them, and learning which guides and experiences truly stand apart. Those relationships become your advantage, opening doors to insider access, preferred benefits, and a level of service that feels seamless from the moment you arrive.
My role is to listen closely and translate what you are looking for into a journey that fits. Sometimes that means designing family travel that works for everyone. Other times it means helping you find the right balance between exploration and rest.
Always, it means making the experience feel easy once you are on the road.
